BANAPPLE PANCAKES

Such a healthy, nutritious, just enough sweetness all in one pancake! Top it with some sugar free syrup and yum!


Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 cup Arrowhead protein flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 fuji apple finely chopped

  • 1 banana finely chopped


DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. If you prefer smooth pancakes, blend the pancake batter in the blender.

Cook over medium heat on the nonstick pan on both size until nice and fluffy. Dig in!
