CAJUN SALMON

Bold, Cajun seasoned rubbed on salmon, then baked or air fried creates a deliciously flaky and tender salmon baked to perfection.

This recipe is delicious, almost effortless and sure to please any picky eater. It is perfect for any night of the week, because it only takes 15 mins in the oven or 10 mins in air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons paprika 

  • 2 tablespoons fine kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon ground white pepper

  • 1 tablespoons onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon cayenne

  • 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme

  • 2 6 oz Wild Salmon filets


DIRECTIONS

Mix all the spices together, rub on the salmon.  You can either bake in the oven at 450 for 15 min or in the air fryer (my favorite way) on 400 for 10 min.
