Love me some stir fry!! You can make a million and one stir fry’s but nothing beats a good old steak one! Flank steak is also one of your leaner meats so it makes this dish super healthy….pair it with the broccoli and boom!!! Healthy meal prep all week long!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Flank Steak

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 ½ tbsp mince garlic

  • 3-4 cups broccoli (florets)

  •

  • GINGER SAUCE

  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or braggs amino acid)

  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

  • ½ cup low sodium beef broth

  • 1 ½ tbsp corn startch

  • 3 tbsp swerve sweetener

  • Green onion (use to garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Slice the flank steak into approximately ¼ inch thick slices.

Combine soy sauce, ginger, beef broth, corn starch and sugar in a small bowl

Saute the flank steak in a large pan with the garlic and olive oil over medium high heat for about 4 min per side.

Reduce heat to medium, stir in the sauce and add then add the broccoli

Saute for approximately 2-3 min, let sit for 5 min to allow sauce to be absorbed and garnish with green onion if you like
