You definitely won’t miss all the carbs in this little beauty that traditionally come with baking! Make with almond flour, banana’s and unsweetened applesauce give it that hearty texture, yet is still quite moist! One loaf may not be enough!


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Large bananas, mashed

  • 3 Large eggs

  • 1 tsp Vanilla or maple extract

  • 1/4 cup Low sugar maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 cups Almond flour

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp Truvia

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. 

 

In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients together. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Allow bread to cool completely before removing from pan. Cut into 12 slices. Serve and eat or tuck away in the fridge or freezer
