OREO PROTEIN BALLS

My clients are always asking for good snack ideas and this is one of my favorites! The mix of peanut butter and oreos…..OH MY!!

These are such a great snack for after a workout or for long road trips! The kids will love them!


INGREDIENTS

8 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter

3 tbsp honey

1 cup gluten free rolled oats

2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Protein ( I use Planta Madagascar vanilla)

2 tbsp flaxseed meal

6 vegan oreo’s, broken up

3 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk or flax milk


DIRECTIONS

In a bowl mix together the peanut butter (warmed up for easier mixing), honey, gluten free oats, flaxseed and protein powder! Add in the coconut milk and stir till it starts to form.

Fold in the oreos.

Roll into balls and refrigerate 30 min to set!

Makes 14-16 balls
