AIR FRYER MEATBALLS

What a quick simple meatball recipe that even the pickiest of eaters will love!

So versatile…you can have it with gluten free pasta, zoodles, rice, quinoa or even as a sub sandwich!


INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz 96/4 lean ground beef

  • 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 egg or 1 tbsp ground flax + 2 tbsp water let sit for 5 min

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (or dairy free)

  • 1/3 cup Italian seasoning


DIRECTIONS

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F

Combine beef, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, egg or flax egg, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix well until evenly combined. Form into 16 equally-sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet or plate.

Place 1/2 of the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer and cook 8 minutes. Shake the basket and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Dig in!
