Who loves breakfast sandwiches? Who loves them even more when they are gluten free and low carb! Fill it with your choice of ingredients and dig in!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute OR 4 large egg whites

    Seasonings:

  • Dash each salt and black pepper


DIRECTIONS

To make the egg white muffins halves, add 1/4 cup egg whites/substitute to a microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Microwave for 45 seconds, or until set. This will be the bottom bun half.

Repeat with remaining 1/4 cup egg whites/substitute to make the top half of the bun.

Use a dash of salt and pepper

Fill your egg white muffins with your choice of yumminess whether it be bacon, sausage patty, cheese, ham, spinach
