GINGERBREAD COOKIE OVERNIGHT OATS

CHILL TIME: overnight

This dish will make you feel like its Christmas every day!


Ingredients

  •         1 1/2 cups 
 gluten free rolled oats

  •                      


1/2 cup
  Vegan Vanilla Protein powder

  •                      


1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  •                      


2 cups 
Unsweetened almond milk

  •                      


1 1/2 tsp 
Cinnamon

  •                      


2 tbsp 
Truvia or monk fruit

  •                      


1/4 cup 
Sugar free maple syrup

  •                      


1/2-1 tsp 
Ground ginger

  •                      


1 tsp 
vanilla extract 





DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Divide between 4 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight so the oats soften. Enjoy cold, or you can microwave them for 60 seconds to warm it up.. Dig in!
