OATMEAL BERRY COBBLER

I truly love sweets, but more natural flavored goodies sweetened with fruits! Cobblers have to be one of my favorite desserts! This is so simple and healthy!


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups fresh or frozen mixed berries

  • 1 tablespoon Truvia or monkfruit sweetener

  • 3 tablespoons gluten free flour, divided

  • 1 tablespoon low sugar orange juice

  • ½ cup gluten free rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

  • 3 tablespoons Truvia brown sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


DIRECTIONS

Set your oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix the fruit with truvia, 1 tablespoon gluten free flour and low sugar orange juice. Divide among four small ramekins or bowls. Combine gluten free oats, almonds, truvia brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Drizzle with oil and stir to combine. Spread out evenly over the fruit mixture and then place the ramekins on a baking sheet.

Bake until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Let it cool down for at least 5 minutes before serving.. Dig in!
